Welcome, Service Employees International Union Local 105 Health & Welfare Fund!
ATPA is proud to announce that we have been appointed Administrative Manager for this Fund. The SEIU Local 105 Fund will be under the
responsibility of our Northwest Region office. We are pleased that this client selected ATPA from a list of other TPAs and we will work
hard to ensure that the Plan Participants of this Fund become long-term, satisfied clients, beginning on day one - January 1, 2010.

Press Release - Effective January 1, 2010, our Portland, Oregon office will begin servicing 1,600 Participants, (including Active, Retiree, Self-Pay
and COBRA eligible individuals) in the northwest, covered by the EBA-PGE-IBEW Local Union No. 125 Health & Welfare Trust. We welcome
