Mr. Shinno graduated from the University of Washington and has worked in the trust fund industry for 9 years. He served as Finance Administrator for the prior HSTA VEBA Trust administrator from 2000 – 2009 and before that was employed as an Accounting Manager at the Bank of Hawaii. Mr. Shinno serves as Fund Manager for a select group of our Pacific Rim / Hawaii clients. Since joining ATPA in 2001 he has worked with both Pensions and Billing & Eligibility prior to becoming an Account Executive in 2009. Ryan Ilacqua, Account Executive, Alameda Email: RIlacqua@atpa.com Ryan began his ATPA career as Processor, and then was promoted to Team Leader, Asst Manager, Manager, and then Fund Manager. He has worked with nine Taft Hartley funds and has extensive experience in Employer Accounting, Pension, and Participant Assistance for both active and retiree Health and Welfare.
